Anna Hertz-McCoy Memorial Scholarship

The MCCF Anna Hertz-McCoy Memorial Scholarship Fund was established by Anne’s husband, Jerry McCoy, in the spring of 2011 when she passed away. Anne served MCC for more than 30 years as the personnel and benefits manager. She attended MCC after she graduated from high school and will always be remembered as an important and dedicated member of the MCC family.
